"There are two coaches that live in our subconscious mind. One directs the sport skill department & the other directs the emotions & thoughts. If one doesn't show up for the game or competition, then it's next to impossible to participate in high level sports performance or the practice of excellence."... Elizabeth Bohorquez, RN, C.Ht
This audio is designed for the child or pre-teen interested in playing competitive darts. Teens should utilize the adult program. Through specific imagery the tools & techniques of the winning the mind game are applied to the competition of darts. These include focus, concentration, mind & body flexibility, emotional & thought management, as well as programming the subconscious mind for high level performance in this particular sport. The listener learns how to interpret the body physiology on very low levels, allowing for the diminishing of stress & the increase of focus/flow/flexibility of thought & body programming.
Attention is given to imagery designed to enhance skills related to darts competition including body positioning, breathing, decision making, release, noise management & endurance. Original imagery allows the listener to "experience the sport of competitive darts inside champion athletes" thereby programming the mind for change on very high levels.
