"You can purposely stay in optimism & look to see the opportunity in any & all difficulties. As you do so, you will develop successful motion from any perceived failure. You can boldly walk your path, facing things that may have appeared fearful in the past & they will open the door to your freedom & success. The steps are ready to take active charge of your life. Come with me now.".......Elizabeth Bohorquez, RN, C.Ht
This program introduces the listener or practitioner of self-hypnosis to the powerful mountain. This workshop is very empowering & centering, rather like the mountain metaphor. Inside the mountain one meets up with inner guides who introduce the many areas of power that reside within ourselves. Past experiences are seen in new ways, as wall murals. The listener has the opportunity to locate these areas & to experience the positive power held in each mural, even if the experience was deemed negative, allowing for the building of self-confidence, self-esteem, self-image & belief in one's own subconscious mind library.
The second session takes the listener to the outside of the mountain, introducing the path leading up to the pinnacle. The listener stops along the way, caring for the gardens, removing weeds & clutter, while planting new seedlings or even mature plants. Everything is here & ready to be accessed. There is no need to wait for anything to be delivered from anywhere else.
This is a very empowering program & is ideal for those with self-image or self-esteem issues, including those who suffered from early or current abuse.
